I'm concerned this salon took advantage of my 18 yr old daughter. She had partial highlight done that was 95.00 (with tip), then she came back the following week for it to be finished that cost her another 130.00 (with tip). Should highlights cost 225.00?? There wasn't a cut and style with it. For 225.00, there should have been a full cut and style.
