I went to Aritza today for color and a blowout. First, she did a poor job applying color--it's patchy and she used the ends of the bristles, which was painful. Then I found out that they had her double booked, so I was left to process for 20 minutes longer than recommended. Finally, during the blowout she brought the blowdryer so close to my head that it burned my scalp to the point where I was crying in pain, and I don't have a sensitive scalp.
