I don't recommend this dental place at all. They are a ripped off, you pay for service and then they won't honor what you paid for. Staff is rude. Will not come here ever again.

The Normandy office was a great experience on yesterday my baby girl had to get a local anesthesia and she didn't even realize she was getting one, also I had a friend who went into the Pasadena location she left a comment on another page inspiring people to go into that office because of her wonderful experience. All of the staff at Normandy were excellent from the time we walked into the door with Delmi to the dental assistants in the back even Dr Vo. Wow what can I say....but being a teacher this dentist office earns an A in Customer Service! Dr. Vo has a heart for the community and the next generation and by the way she loves educator's so visit them to hear about their special discounts for educators.
