Awesome place, great people, and a great selection of grains, yeasts and hops. I'm new to home brewing, and I've only done extract brews up until now. I wanted to get into whole grain using the brew in a bag method but I didn't really know where to start. The owners Paul and Koa were both super helpful. Paul and I chatted about the type of beer I was hoping to brew, and he had a bunch of tips and suggestions. Definitely recommend steins & vines. The two fellas who took over the business a couple months ago are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Tons of different varieties of wine to choose from to make. Will be coming back!
Stiens & Vines just got new owners and they’ve started carrying beer homebrew supplies. Such a great addition for Squamish. The owners were very friendly and happy to chat about beer brewing. I picked up grains, hops, and yeast, and they had a surprisingly wide variety to choose from. Everything looked fresh and well organized. It’s really nice having a local spot instead of ordering online. Great service — I’ll definitely be back for my next brew day.
These guys are so passionate and knowledgeable about wine and beer. The wine kits work out to be such a great price per bottle, and it's delicious!!
