The staff is FANTASTIC with children! And very fast, which saves tears!
The whole staff is amazing!!
Dr Steinmetz is very good with small children. She sings and tries to make the experience as non threatening as possible. My daughter is 2 and is not afraid of the dentist

Dr. S and her staff are the best in town! I wouldn’t dream of taking my kids anywhere else! Both of my boys sat in the big chairs without a single whine or tear shed and they’re only 2 and 3.5!
I absolutely love the way Dr. Steinmetz's office is ran. They are so sweet to my daughter and have made her dental experience the absolute best. She goes into the office scared and comes out happy as can be.
Dr. Steinmetz and her Hygienists were phenomenal. We were referred to Dr. Steinmetz from our family doctor for an overbite issue and she spoke to my son like he had been her patient since birth. She made him feel comfortable, laugh, and he even gave her a hug when the exam was over - and my son is very timid with strangers! All I can say is, if we lived in the Columbus area, Dr. Steinmetz would be the dentist for out children!
