I do NOT appreciate that my daughter was told she can NEVER drink chocolate or strawberry milk again Furthermore, I find it rude and unkind to tell my 7 year old daughter that her crooked eye tooth is ‘very bad’ without myself or her father present She is 7...her father and I are aware and had you taken the time to inquire, she has an upcoming orthodontist appt on March 29th This is our 3rd routine visit and I am seriously disappointed in this single visit

Dr. Julie Steinmetz and her staff are amazing! The office is bright and inviting to children making them feel welcome the moment they walk in the door. The staff is fantastic with children of all ages putting their patients at ease and making the trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
By far the greatest dentist office we’ve ever visited. The dentist and all of the hygienists are incredibly kind, friendly and patient. The waiting room has toys for the kids to stay occupied, and usually there’s a Disney movie playing quietly on the TV. The kids don’t mind the dentist at all now that we see Dr. Steinmetz.
