My mom & I had the worst experience. No communication between the Norwalk & Sandusky locations at all. I don't recommend either location to anyone. It may be guaranteed credit acceptance, but I doubt you'll get a car from them.
My experience here was great. They were very accommodating and I left with just what i wanted.
Way too pushy. They've called and texted me 10 times in the last 2 weeks. Take a hint that I don't want a car from you. Are you that desperate? I don't even think they know what they are talking about. Definitely lack in customer service and professionalism.
The salesperson was nice and was very helpful. They answered all questions I asked and was very helpful to what I wanted
I wouldn't recommend this to someone in my shoes. I got good service till my credit was ran and no bank would approve me for the car I liked but went to looked at victory Honda in Sandusky and found a nice ride same price as what I was looking at with lot less miles and went home same day in it.
