If I could give you zero stars I absolutely would. I would not wish on my worst enemy to buy a car from you. Not only did the vehicle not have basic maintenance performed on the GMC I purchased only 4 months ago, but the electronics were re-wired so poorly to avoid sensor issues that I can’t have any electricians fix the problem. Of course the used car is out of warranty. Never purchase a car from these crooks.
I made an appointment online 2 weeks prior for an oil change & tire rotation. I arrived on time & was asked by Lenore if I was waiting or dropping off. I had a ride arranged & asked she call or text when done. An hour & 45 min goes by & I call to see status. Told they were checking on a LED headlight bulb they noticed was out & that they didn't have in stock. Told them I had someone who could do that. Dealership was fair to work with and responded to all my questions. Was able to drive down from northern Michigan and organize a deal for my parents to get their first EV, a 2017 Chevy Bolt! Car was clean and ready to go as promised, in and out in under 3 hours without any problems. Thanks Kyle and everyone else!
