Our first buying experience with Steinle Cadillac GMC was amazing and our salesman Jordan LeJeune was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the new Cadillac we bought and zero pressure from start to finish. When Jordan presented numbers to us, I was REALLY, REALLY pleased to see no hidden fees/product up-charges added like most car dealers add. I recently had an interaction with salesperson Jordan Lejeune regarding a vehicle purchase, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I located the same vehicle model with the same trim level and lower mileage listed for $29,000 at another dealership. However, my wife strongly preferred the interior color of the vehicle Jordan was selling, despite it having higher mileage. I really didn't want to rate this dealership since eventually I didn't purchase from them because of a salesperson who i will not name. He should be happy of that. I called this dealership about a vehicle and talked to said salesperson who lied about having $$ room to negotiate. I drove 2 hours out of my way to visit.
