Brought my truck in for a bad transfer case, warranty would only be accepted through here or another Chevy dealership. Not one soul listened to my girlfriend, her dad, or I that the transfer case was bad. Mechanic was all the way out by roots chicken and called and said "this truck runs fine" so we told him to put it in auto/4 wheel and within 10 min completely blew the t case and had to have the truck towed. I bought a new suv here for my wife. And when I first called I wasn’t expecting to buy the vehicle that day. However when Jennie the sales manager answered the phone she was super on top of the sale. She was very prompt on calling back and was eager to sell me a vehicle at a great deal without wasting any time at all. So I bought my wife a brand new Escalade that Saturday thanks.
