Wonderful doctors! They are extremely thorough, never rush through appointments, and take the time to address all your questions. Their patient-first approach makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!
Went in for exam at end of April. Purchased glasses at another optical store. Difficulty seeing with new prescription so was told by staff at Steinhauer to come back for recheck. Today I received a surprise bill for an office visit. When I called to question it, I was told I was charged “because you got your glasses from another location, and you are outside our 30 day window”. I recently had a pair of glasses that I bought online break (won't do that again) 10 days after the warranty ran out. I took them to Steinhauer's and Susie, with creativity and a little luck was able to fix them enough to get by until my next scheduled appointment. She was so helpful!
Have been a patient at Steinhauer Family Eye Clinic for years. During my annual exam in January, I told Dr. Andrew I was having trouble seeing the spin on the tennis ball, and also the indoor lights were bothering me. After the examination I learned my astigmatism had worsened. Dr. Andrew suggested prescription RecSpecs for tennis, and I ordered them.
