I have used Steinhardt for about 10 years. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. Both Joey and Eric are great. I especially like their yearly maintenance agreement -- really good deal.
I have used Steinhardt Heating and Air for more than 20 years. Their service has always been excellent. I had my maintenance visit today and the technician, Kris Pittman was polite, efficient and thorough. I was very pleased.
We have had our unit for 6 months. Now once we started to use heat we find that it is faulty and ended up with close to $2000 total in electricity bills. They have "fixed" it, but I will believe that when I see what the electric company reads on Monday. Now if only someone from Steinhardt would return my call. Funny how noone is available to speak to you when they know you are an unhappy customer.
I had Eric and Joey come down and service my HVAC. Both were very professional, very helpful, and completed The job in timely manner. As a new home owner, I am trying to learn the tricks to servicing my HVAC, and they both did a wonderful job offering advice and helpful preventative Maintenance going forward. I had a furnace issue surface today. Quite by chance, I received a "Welcome card" in the mail TODAY from Steinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning. It seemed like a "sign", so I called them. Joey Lauderbaugh arrived in less than an hour. He was very knowledgable about our older furnace and went the "extra mile" making sure it was working properly. I was very impressed with Joey and recomend him if you have a furnace problem. Great job Joey! Thank you again...
