We had several bad experiences with their service department after we purchased a used MH. Worst ones were a propane leak that they couldn't find so they let us drive 500 miles home with propane leaking all of the way. No pressure test was done when I complained about the smell! Then, we had a leaking roof due to carelessly filled holes from a satellite dish we had removed and the window reinstalled upside down after it was repaired. Couldn't be happier with the entire staff. They went out of their way to make our experience pleasant. Can't be happier with the purchase experience having dealt with many others they are the best. Service spend time making adjustments and installing after market add-ons for us.
Stay away from the service department as they have after I'm done more damage to my coach then they repaired and then they want to charge me for the mistakes that they have made and they also informed me that they don't care about bad reviews. The service manager Blake lied to me on several occasions and refused to come and discuss the incorrect billing
Initially, we had great service when we purchased our motorhome from them. It all went downhill from there. There were a number of items that needed to be repaired (it was a used unit), that we were promised as part of the sale. After leaving the coach with them all winter to perform these repairs, they only repaired one item, replacing a window, and it now leaks.
