Went to pick up my Moms new Bay Star coach. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Starting with front desk, financing, through to sales and service. After finishing the paperwork we spent several hours doing a complete and very thorough walkthrough with Randy. What a guy! So friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a new 2015 coach. We have nothing but good to say about them! We did have a serious issue right away with our coach and they worked with the Oasis manufacturer to address our issue. Through their persistence they were able to get our Oasis replaced which met and exceeded our expectations. Both service techs Randy and Ed assisted us over the phone after hours to a quick resolve of our issues. No one at Steinbrings has ever been anything but friendly, courteous and professional to us. We highly recommend them
