I had moved to Carrboro about 9 mths ago. I kept meaning to find a dentist, but kept putting it off. One weekend recently, I had a tooth become infected with soreness starting Friday night and by Sunday my face was swollen and I was in considerable pain. A friend suggested Dr. Troutman and they saw me on Monday. The tooth required surgery. Dr. Cole is great! and so is Shea!
My experience was excellent. From the time I walked in the door and the ladies at the front desk spoke and smiled and offered to help me. Everyone that I came in contact with through the entire visit was warm and friendly and I must say the building is beautiful and very welcoming. Dr. Cole was awesome and although I am petrified to be at the dentist, I left the office knowing she is my new dentist. I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone was. Considering it was a dental appointment, it was very pleasant.
From the office staff to the hygienists to Dr Troutman - they are all superb! Warm, friendly, very knowledgeable. We love this practice!
Kristen (I might not be getting that name exactly right; sorry) was very quick, courteous, and gentle with the cleaning and Dr. Cole was professional and friendly as always. But, the best thing about this visit is that I forgot to provide my new dental insurance info at checkout, and when I realized my mistake and called back, the front desk folks took care of everything over the phone.
