Dr. Jason Troutman and Marie took extreme care in placing my crown so that the trouble I had with the last crown didn't re-occur. The entire procedure was 96% painless.
There are no words to express how appreciative I am for the care and patience I experience each time I visit Troutman Family Dentistry. The whole staff is so genuinely pleasant and friendly. I think if I had searched the world over, I couldn't have found another group like this. If one has a very difficult problem, they take their time and make it the very best it can be. Talking about reinventing the wheel!!!! They have done this for me and I can't thank them enough. Love the folks at Troutman and their professionalism.
Everyone was very friendly from the second I walked in the door til the time I walked out of the door! Dr.Troutman was very thorough and took his time with me!
Last visit was my best.
Not great this time. My normal hygienist was not there, and her replacement was less than gentle. My mouth usually doesn't hurt after a cleaning, but this time I felt like I got in a fight.
I had a great experience as usual. Shea always does a great job and Dr. Cole was great as well. I like that both of them take a few moments to ask about my health and then offer insight and expertise about what is going on and how we should proceed.
