Meet Dr. Sterman today. First off the woman at the front desk was super sweet and efficient. Absolutely adored the nurse Jill. Very friendly and funny. My wait time was minimal. My appointment was at 9:00 and Doc came I at 9:15. Dr Sterman explained my options. Would highly recommend
I did not even make it into the office. The ER referred me because I’m having a big problem with my ear. I’ve done two cycles of antibiotics and they referred me to the doctor and the receptionist Michelle immediately before I could explain anything told me they were scheduling out to August. This is the middle of February, I have a serious issue. How could I wait that long? I’m not understanding why questions weren’t even asked about my issue first thing she said is we scheduling out to August not much help Michelle

From the moment I walked through the front door till the moment I exited that same door, I was treated with respect and kindness. The doctor's staff, who in my experience have been unfairly treated in these comments, were professional, efficient, and very engaging.
