The time he spent explaining things
Dr. Sterman was attentive in addressing my issues. Highly recommend.
I had surgery one week ago for the removal of nasal polyps. Dr. Sturman explained everything before surgery. Had a CT scan pryor to surgery. Explained all the problems. He also did a surgery on my husband some years ago. Very knowledgeable and experienced.
The wait time is AWFUL I’m not gonna lie and I feel like you will wait over an hour but he’s worth it.he’s SUPER CARING! He’s not dry and he LISTENS!!! I will waste a day away if I have to to see this caring man.I’m not fond of doctors at all but he is awesome and gave great help. I will refer people to him for sure!
Went to him because of a recommendation from a friend. Very glad I did so! He knew what he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Waited more than an hour in the waiting room even with an appointment. They don't give a crap about your time. Incompetent.

Though the the care of Dr.Sterman is great the office wait has been horrible almost 1:30-2:00 hrs behind schedule last few visits. Not sure what's going on at that office but if your running that far behind you should call your patients ahead of time and inform us instead of making us wait in the office so long!!!
