After waiting three years in the public system for our daughter to see an ENT, we chose to seek private care, opting for this clinic due to its high ratings. Frankly, the current 4-star rating is baffling based on our experience. While a $395 consultation fee is incredibly steep, we proceeded under the assumption that the level of care and service would justify the cost. It did not. Clinique peu professionnelle. Les patients ne sont pas pris en charge adéquatement lorsqu’un médecin quitte la clinique. Ils doivent payer de nouveau des frais pour être suivis par un autre médecin. De plus, cela fait presque une semaine que j’attends de recevoir un document par courriel. Je suis très déçue du service.
Went over a month ago. What on earth was that please? Overpriced for a 4 minute chat with a doctor, that spent 90% on his computer just reading a questionnaire from a screen. ChatGPT or Claude are more personal than this. I even prefer the public health care system. Never again
I had an excellent experience at Steinberg Santé Private Clinic. The service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire process was smooth. A special thank you to the girls at the front desk they were amazing, friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in.
