I had an excellent experience at Steinberg Santé Private Clinic. The service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire process was smooth. A special thank you to the girls at the front desk they were amazing, friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care and exceptional customer service!
J’ai appelé la clinique pour prendre un rendez-vous pour ma femme afin de commencer un suivi de grossesse. J’ai demandé clairement si vous aviez une gynécologue et on m’a répondu oui. J’ai aussi demandé si les échographies et les tests pouvaient être faits sur place, et on m’a répondu que la clinique avait un laboratoire et que ce serait possible. Our experience with Dr. Steinberg was extremely concerning. Despite being fully aware of a history including a recent suicide attempt connected to body image / dysmorphia — he still dismissed my feelings and minimized what I was trying to communicate. His lack of empathy and professionalism was alarming, especially given the seriousness of my mental health background. I sent a message on the website to ask for info. I said only two things in the message: that I needed them to please EMAIL me, as I have severe laryngeal swelling and cannot talk, and to know the price of an ENT consultation. Within minutes of my submission, they PHONED me and sent a text to call them as they "missed me."
