I love this doctor. My husband and I have both gone to him several times He's the only one I trust for a colonoscopy. He is very nice and very professional.
I saw Dr Steinberg for a office visit over 5 years ago. He had a terrible bedside manner and was very flip in conversation .It has been reported on my credit report that I did not pay them for a procedure in the amount of 1500.00 (colonoscopy). I NEVER had one. How do you bill someone for something that never took place? I have been on the phone multiple times with collections explaining that this is not me to no avail apparently. I have only one in my life time which I can prove solely. If

My mother and I have been seeing Doctor Steinburg for 10 years. He is the most thourough doctor and caring doctor that we have used. He personally called to deliver results of a test that I was worried about and was the only doctor that recognized that my mother had thyroid disease when her own general practitioner did not. I would highly reccomend Dr. Steinburg. Best GI doctor in Atlanta.
Great doctor, listens and genuinely cares about his patients. Staff is friendly and takes the time to review all details regarding procedures and payment. Extremely positive experience.
Dr. Steinberg has been my gastroenterologist for 10+ years. He is the only doctor I have that calls me personally after each procedure (normally within 48 hours) to give me the results. He never rushes through appointments. He takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. I appreciate his sense of humor, as it makes it much easier to have discussions about this area of the human anatomy. :)

When going to a DR about a colonoscopy, you need a little humor to make it palatable. Dr. Steinberg always provides that. I have been impressed with his care and ease with me as a patient. I would highly recommend him to others.
My complaint is on the billing office for Dr. Steinberg. Neither Dr. Steinberg or the billing company he uses accepts credit cards. Paying over the phone or on the web is not an option for them. I am on the road a lot due to my job. For my case, it has been a long battle just to pay the bill. The only option of payment for me was through the mail. However, my certified mail with check was returned by them! At the end, I decided to take time off work and go to their Atlanta office to pay.
He is a horrible Dr.
Excellent! Very attentive, calls after every test, procedure ect.
