RecommendedBee in scheduling helped me and my Drs nurse today and she couldn't have been nicer, more patient, empathetic. I have many Diagnostics performed there, I should have my own parking space at this point, never had any issues with any of their staff or billing. Before Covid, because of my job and work, appreciated their late and Saturday appointments. They have two locations in the Northwest on Tenaya and Durango all my experiences have been at Tenaya.
RecommendedGreat experience at the Post Road location today. Efficient and respectful Coronavirus screening at the entrance, effective social distancing and very positive and personable staff interactions. I particularly want to give a shout out to Andrea who did my ultrasound. It's so stressful for medical professionals these days, but she was calm, kind, and totally attentive to giving me a comfortable experience. I actually relaxed so much I forgot about the insanity of this pandemic for a few wonderful minutes! Thanks Andrea!!

Maybe keep an appointment. I had an appointment a few months ago that was canceled the day morning of my scan claimed due to insurance but when Cigna called you miraculously found it but it was too late there was nothing available until I complained on your website and was able to get in. I was then scheduled for another MRI following up from treatment and 2nd on for my lower back. when I called to see if I could get in a little early was told that my appointments were canceled. Not to mention that I was overcharged $200.00 ... read more
