I have been trying to schedule a port placement for my husband for 2 weeks. I have the orders and authorizations from Tri-West. All I get is a runaround. The doctor’s orders said STAT and they have ignored it. They will not bother to call Tri-West to verify the authorization. They will not communicate with his oncologist either. I have had enough of the runaround and this will be resolved tomorrow, July 3 by me, in person.

RecommendedGreat experience. Staff was friendly and my technologist (LeiLani K.) made sure that I was calm by checking on me periodically and providing me with music of my choice (Jazz) due to me being claustrophobic.

20 days later I still have no exam scheduled. Doctor has forwarded 3 times a referral. After a total of about 25 minutes on phone, I still accomplished nothing. Oh I'm wrong..I accomplished a transfer to the Pet Department. I took a chill pill for a few before trying again. I did inform the reception that I was mistakenly transferred to the pet department with not regards, she placed me on hold only to get disconnected. lol. I'm done!!
