Worst ever office for an MRI or anything else!!! The VERY unprofessional receptionist had paying patients waiting while she trained a new guy. Of course they both were getting paid for their time. Who cares how long a paying customer/patient had to wait. The imaging area wasn't much better because the inept front area had it backed up for two hours! Note to self: never go to a medical office on training day!!!
The man who checked us in was not very friendly. My wife is 89 years old and uses a walker. I got her in the door and went to park the car. When I came back my wife was sitting in a chair. I asked her if she checked in and she said no. Three people came in while we were waiting and we hadn't been called I went to the checkin desk and asked him if he had checked my wife in.
