Absolutely the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. When I requested copies of my paperwork, they refused to provide it, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating. It took 18 days to receive my results, which is unacceptable for diagnostic imaging. To make matters worse, the report was incorrect.
