The person I set up same day delivery Susan was very pleasant, I enjoyed setting up the delivery of two bouquets of flowers. UNFORTUNATELY, the delivery was late, and they did not follow my ask/instructions to call me when the flowers got delivered to the business as we had internal process for where the flowers were to get to within the business and the surprise of the recipient of the flowers was almost ruined. Very unfortunate as i was told how wonderful they are, customer service over the phone A+, Delivery F.
