Personable, professional & didn’t speak to me in “Doctorisqe” language. Genuinely interested in my issue.
I have been seeing Dr. Stein more than 10 years. He is the best GI doctor I have ever had. He has great bed side manners, and he cares about his patients.
Everything went well with my procedure.
Dr. Stein is personable, and listens to what you have to say from the first appt all the way through to the end of the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Stein!

He is very caring and takes time to answer questions and make sure you understand.
Dr. Stein is a wonderful doctor. He was thorough in explaining my situation, listened well, answered my questions. I felt he was genuinely interested in helping me to understand the issues I was facing. Staff were timely and efficient from check-in to being seated in the exam room. Unlike many doctors I've been to, Dr. Stein came in to see me just a few minutes later, so I was elated. I am very happy with Dr. Stein and would recommend him to family and friends.
I've been a patient of Digestive Disease Consultants and Dr. Craig Stein for well over ten years. He used to be the most compassionate and fantastic doctor. I'm sorry to say that these days he's cold, callous, condescending and dismissive to the point of insulting. The last few times I went to him even my husband commented on his attitude. His office is also callous, caring more about dollar signs then their patients. If you have to cancel an appt, even with more than adequate notice, they may drop you as a patient.
