I love Dr Steiger
This woman is horrible at her job. I called in an emergency prescription for nebulizer medicine for my son three days ago. This woman Jane never called me back never called the prescription into the pharmacy then text me three days later I need to call the office between 9 to 3 to do anything as far as refilling a prescription, what type of doctor does not respond if I have clearly called your emergency line saying that I needed a return phone call she is not actually on call when she saying she’s on call. The office is crowded and mostly all the chairs are occupied. The service provided is good. Dr. Jane Steiger is really good and very patient in addressing all our concerns for the baby. Her suggestions are also very helpful to make our life easy in handling the baby.
I don’t know about the doctor that’s who my son was supposed to see. But this doctors office is awful we’ve been waiting 3hours with an appointment. Over packed lobby had to sit in the hallway because appointments weren’t organized. Office hard to locate and park.
