As a parent, I couldn't be happier with how well the staff and Dr. Stegmann treated my daughter for a recent visit. She had 4 teeth extracted and had to go under anesthesia for the procedure. The staff was efficient, pleasant, and made her feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Dr. Stegmann came in and explained things clearly, and also made us comfortable. The whole procedure took about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this office for oral surgery for kids.

I called to try to set up an appointment and determine how to have my dentist's office submit the referral and the receptionist was extremely rude, inflexible, and unprofessional.

I had a recent extraction of #30 and an earlier extraction a year ago. Both encounters were handled in a professional manner. Dr Stegmann made me feel at ease and comfortable during the procedures. His dedication to having a good outcome experience for me were quite evident. His assistant Stacy was professional and competent as she worked with Dr. The office staff Lynette and Pam in particular handled my appointment, scheduling and required forms in an efficient and accommodating manner. I see these poor reviews and I’m very surprised. Incredibly pleasant front office staff. The gentleman at the front input my insurance (a new insurance they didn’t have on record) then pre-submitted to my insurance to give me a quote, prior to my appt. Their scheduling was a breeze and my visit was efficient and informative. Dr. Stegman and his staff were all very delightful. They even followed up with me to ensure that my aftercare was going as anticipated. Would absolutely recommend this office to others.
