My electric water heater kept throwing its circuit breaker. After considering DIY, I called Steg mid-afternoon to effect the repair ... today! Eric arrived late afternoon (the same day!) and got busy repairing the water heater. After draining the tank, he replaced the lower heating element was shorted. While we were at it, I had him replace the upper element as well.
