Terrible.... Very unethical, he ignores decay until you are in pain, unnecessary root canals, trimmed down front tooth, laughs at kids and adults....
I called this dentist and didn’t get a call back.
I have been a patient of Dr Steffens for many years dating back to when his office was on First Avenue in Elmhurst and there were parking meters. Now no meters and it's even closer to my house. Love the new modern office with rooms and bright windows! Koula is my great hygienist who takes such good care of my teeth. I first learned about Dr Steffens from my husband's Aunt who I drove to her appointments and decided to switch to Dr Steffens. He has a wonderful bedside manner.
