Dr. Owens made me feel like I was the most important person in her office during my appointment. That is a rare quality in today’s healthcare system! I am grateful for her reassuring demeanor and her clear and patient explanations to my questions.
Dr Owen’s listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, ignored, looked over or doubted. Together we came up with a care plan that I feel positive about.
This organization is, by far, one of the most professional, well run medical office I have dealt with in a very long time. From the pre- visit paperwork to the actual appointment I was impressed. Dr Owens was knowledgeable, professional and explained in terms I could clearly understand what her assessment was of my situation. She then laid out a very practical plan for me moving forward.
I have never been through a major surgery such as I have too. But Dr. Owen and her staff have made this process as easy as they could. Explained every detail and made sure I understand, very thorough staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for seeing my need and working quickly to resolve it, I will forever be grateful.
