When I have a vet state that what seems to be a bone sticking out if my cats toe is normal that's when I'll never come here again. Also everytime I come here I have to become the nurses assistant and hold my cat when he got several other employees sitting around doing nothing but chatting. Not to mention the fact that he has terrible bedside manner towards pets in general he seems very rough and annoyed whenever you ask him questions or even come in for your appointment.
