agree its stupid and horrible, I have canceled my subscription 3 years ago and they keep charging and never respond, while their app doesn’t even work. It’s a scam, be mindful and choose wisely. Going to sue them pretty soon.
They do not care about their customers as they never respond to tickets you submit. It’s ridiculous. They charged me and I can’t access the account or get help.
