Super clean and quiet, maintenance is always on top of everything. So far so good :)
If your looking for an affordable apartment to get you by this is the right place, that’s if you can stand your neighbors moving your property and throwing trash in front of your apartment, and the front office saying that they are unable to do anything about it. Random people coming to look through your windows and scare your children, not to mention them knocking on your door. Do not move here unless you like living with roaches. I stopped cooking in my apartment months ago cause I just got fed up with having to watch my food just to keep roaches off of it. At this point I can’t live here anymore and will just sleep in my car. I’ll rather just be evicted since they refused to move me to another unit.
