I can't speak for all the agents at Steepleview but two, Chris Lipa and Cory Evangelisto took it upon themselves to remove 20 smoke detectors three days before closing from a house I was trying to buy. Apparently they had a disagreement with the owner. They did not communicate any of this me the buyer. It is very much illegal to remove smoke detectors from a house and also just a plain nasty thing to do in a small town like this.their actions were criminal I'd find a different agent if I where you
