They advertise as luxury apartments. They are not luxury apartments unless you call hearing running water in your walls at all hours of the night and day luxury. My neighbors upstairs literally sounded like they were inside my apartment. No insulation. The rent is due on the first or there is a 10% penalty. No grace period. Overflowing dumpsters. RecommendedI have lived here going on 4years and love it. The location is perfect and close to everything. Cassie and Taylor are great and help with any issues that may come up. The maintenance staff is amazing, no matter what issue I've had it's always been taken care of in a timely manner. As a single female I feel very safe here and would recommend it to anyone. The only issue I have is parking but it doesn't keep me from giving a 5 start rating.
For one, there is no fee to dog sit for someone. I have lived places where it was $65 a week extra to take care of a dog, even if the dog wasn’t yours and didn’t permanently live there. Two, I am currently dogsitting for my family and came home to a 93 degree house with the AC set at 72. While the dogs were hydrating and chilling in my car (AC on Max) I called the office and told them about my problem. The staff was so welcoming and helpful from the beginning! Taylor, Ashley, and Cassie walk with you every step of the way, and always check in to see if there’s anything they can help with! Beautiful, clean apartments and friendly neighbors! Best place to live for young professional folks in the Burg!
I don’t normally post reviews on Facebook, but the maintenance guys here at Steeplechase are freaking incredible! In addition to all the prompt little fixes they have helped us with here and there, my husband and I went out of town and left his car where he normally parks it. We received a phone call from the office telling us that a tree was starting to fall on his car. Lived here and worked here starting as early as 2007- still always recommend. It was built in 1986 but the management and staff work every year diligently making the value of this community grow. You can’t beat the location or the atmosphere. They continue to update, budget to make enhancements for the property, and the superior maintenance keeps residents happy. It’s a great place to get to know Williamsburg.
The staff is hands down amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful through my whole moving process.
