There is not enough parking for tenants and then you get told by Caitlyn you can park in front of you place all to get a letter stating they will tow it! You pay a lot for these places all to not have parking! There isn’t any parking at all today a Monday night this is bull crap!
RecommendedYeah. I saw the layouts on their website. I live in New York where the the rents are high and my friends are all moving out. If I must leave New York, I’d rather go mid west than stay on the east coast. I wonder how the job market is there though. Can I sell fares for their railway for a living? Those are great jobs. I’ll do that kind of work in any city as long as my biweekly is four figures.
I have lived at Steeplechase for 3 months now and I love my apartment. It is very quiet and the grounds are wonderful, you feel like you are in a park setting. The management staff have went out of their way to make me feel welcome and any issues are handled immediately. For the price you get a WHOLE lot of space that you aren't going to find anywhere else in Lexington.
I have lived here for about 5 years, and I have no complaints. The apartments are a great value for the location, and very quiet.
I’ve lived here for a year now and I have had an overall pleasant experience! Maintenance is efficient and everyone is so nice! I highly recommend this complex!
My husband and I have lived here for about 4 years now. We have been really happy here. We originally started in a small one bedroom and then upgraded to a larger apartment. All of our deposits transferred and it was a smooth transition. They recently added a bark park and my dog loves it.
No Customer Service and They Do Not Care About Their Residents When It Comes To Fixing Things. You DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! Message me for more details.
I'm being bullied by my drunk neighbor. It's been reported and nothing gets done The cops have came several times. He gets pet deposit free. He bbqs, on our porch and parties all night. We find him passed out on the porch a lot.
