Avoid Steeplechase Apartments at all costs – I lived in Steeplechase Apartments for 10 months. they never ffixed anything. The buildings are not up to code there are some significant health code violations that need to be recognized. My ceiling fell in because of a water leak in the upstairs apartment and they out right refused to fix it. They tought they could put up a grate over the gaping hole in my ceiling and it would be all better.
