¿¿¿¿¿ 17 minutes agoI usually have up to 3 vendors interviewed for services. I've had experienced some very bad (after the fact revelations) but E.J. Steen has been a pure pleasure AND extremely honest! Other vendors tried to pull "fast one" bids and reports which really makes me angry! E.J. Steen has a family business that shows sincerity and professionalism! He was asked to find any evidence of either carpenter ants or termites. One vendor presented a cell phone photo (supposedly from my crawlspace) of termite evidence. E.... read more
