I am let down by their agents ability to correctly fill on an insurance application. I am disappointed that I put my trust, my home, and my possessions in the hands of jerry Jansen. He committed fraud on my application causing my policy to be worthless. I called for 4 months asking for help. I did speak to every owner and they admitted he had not only one error but four.
