John has cleaned for us over the past couple of years and really takes pride in his work. When cleaning our massive area rug, we noticed a spot where the soap didn’t come fully out and he took care of it immediately with no inconvenience to us. He was able to bring our cheap, builder grade carpet back to life and get out all the dirt stains. He spends time making sure your carpets are in tip top shape before he leaves!
This is the 2nd time we’ve used Steem Master to clean our sectional, and I remain impressed! John has a great system, and he is so efficient and informative! I am so appreciative of the work he does.
