Best gym around . No commercial hype just raw get in get in and put in the work. What I have always looked for
Amazing equipment, music and sweat-ability. You truly can't find a better gym in Tallahassee. My boyfriend goes to UCF and the first thing he asks when visiting is when we're going to the Yard. 10/10 would sweat again.
