I purchased an 2019 F-150 from this dealership back in early July (2025). i waited a few months with the vehicle to leave a review. I called in first inquiring about the truck. They owner said he was going to go put hands on the truck and let me know of availability. Within the hour the owner called me back and said he had it and double checked it himself and that i would be excited and really happy with the vehicle. Our sales rep was not very kind. From start to finish she seemed as if we were bothering her because we were asking about potentially lowering the price of the vehicle. We still ended up getting the vehicle but the attitude we received was just unexpected and unnecessary. Haggling is a part of car buying and this rep made it seem my way or the highway.
