My husband and I just bought our 2nd house in the steelpointe community in January and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish and even post settlement the whole team really was so helpful and kind. I am in the market for a new home. I found the Steelpointe complex very impressive. LeeAnne was very courteous, attentive and informative.
This builder should be more respectful to the environment and community. Trash and debris are not cleaned up effectively. This large piece of trash with DR Horton’s name on it was just about to wash into the French Creek.
The staff are nice and helpful, the area is great, home design is open and nice. I’ve had a couple of issues thus far with the shower pan and tub and while there were some bumps along the way with addressing, to their credit, the warranty department has been responsive, more so than I expected and is in the process of rectifying my concerns.
Absolutely loved this community. Adorable setting just a stones throw from Bridge St. The two sales reps couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Definitely worth stopping in..
