I have been interested in downsizing from my current home and moving closer to family in Eastern Pennsylvania. The homes in the Steelpointe community are beautiful, and your salesperson, LeeAnne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions and offered good advice about moving to the Phoenixville area.
I was really impressed by Steelpointe. The convenience to downtown Phoenixville is a huge selling feature! I love that the Schuylkill Trail is right outside the front doors. The homes are bright, open and spacious. LeeAnne was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. This community is definitely high on my list.
New to the area and just starting to look for my new home to be. LeeAnne was able to show me around and I was impressed with her knowledge of the community. She was a joy to work with and able to answer all my questions. You can tell she loves what she does for a living and that is a big plus! Great development!
