Hardly ever leave reviews but feel like I have to for this one. Overall seems like a very nice building but the people this place attracts easily are the worst neighbors I’ve ever had. If you get an apartment on the 4th fl(top) maybe consider it ONLY if you have no other options. Cons: Upstairs neighbors start stomping and banging starting around 11pm literally 7 days a week. I’ve only been living at Steelhouse Apartments since December, but I’ve really enjoyed it so far! The community puts on fun events—like for Valentine’s Day, the couple that hosts everything organized a cute Painting with a Twist night. They also bring in food trucks about every other week, which is always a nice bonus. It’s a great atmosphere, and I’d definitely recommend it!
Been Here about half a year and the quality of the place has been off the charts. I looked at many places in the downtown area but this one caught my attention especially. If you are thinking of calling in with Inquiries i specifically recommend asking for Heather, She completely took care of us and made the move in process a breeze. Has been super attentive ever since. Would recommend.
Had a wonderful experience staying at Steelhouse Orlando apartments. Never had any major issues and for the slightest inconveniences - Heather B was great at resolving things for me urgently. Would highly recommend staying here.
