Today was one of the hardest days of my life as we said goodbye to our beloved Mochi. I cannot thank Dr. Kim enough for the compassion, kindness, and professionalism he showed throughout the entire process. He explained everything gently, never rushed us, and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbye. I took Mocha to Dr. Kim and honestly had such a great experience. Dr. Kim was incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and you can truly tell how much he loves animals. He answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and reassured. The whole clinic also has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone there was super friendly. Thank you Dr. Kim and the amazing team for taking such good care of my baby.
Dr. Kim exceptional expertise is consistently demonstrated in the care of our cat. He performs surgeries skillfully and provides effective, well-considered prescriptions. He promptly addresses any questions without delay, which gives us great peace of mind. Additionally, the receptionist and assistant are notably friendly and welcoming.
