At inception back in 2013/2014, it was a no-frill but reasonable clinic. The quality of the service has been deteriorating significantly over the past decade. Receptionists genuinely don't care about the patients. They NEVER pick any incoming phone calls. You want to schedule appointments or change appointments or have a simple inquiry, you will have to go in person because they NEVER pick up any phone calls. The excuse? - we are really really busy.
