十来年来都在这个诊所看赖医生的，今天真是忍无可忍，必须投诉短发说广东话的前台？这么不耐烦的话可以不做这份工作，我们前来看诊的是对你无礼还是怎么了，一副欠你一千几百万的样子！多问两句就甩脸色给我们看，要不就教训人的语气跟人说话！

打电话不接，短发前台态度恶劣。赖医生当时家庭医生收新病人去的，去了这里8-9年，今天和我说他们是walking clinic，早知道我就去别家了。一直以为赖医生是我的家庭医生。
