Was looking for a certain model and year for a few months. Found it at Steeles for less than anything on craigslist. When I asked about history the salesman was honest and told me he did not know only that they check the bikes out. I called a couple days later to see if I could speak with the previous owner. Matt helped us to purchase our Gold Wing. He was just a joy to do business with. Helped us find a price we could afford and gave us a good deal on trade in. We would easily return again if the need arises!
Matthew was a pleasure to deal with on the purchase of my new to me bike. He is very respectful and did not pressure me throughout my decision process. Also, he makes the paperwork process painless and minimizes the time so that I could be out riding faster. Steele's is what a motorcycle dealer used to be. No glitz and glam, just motorcycles for the motorcycle purist!
I don't bring my Indian anywhere else, Rick and the whole staff are very customer-service oriented, professional and knowledgeable.
Assholes......sold wrong part, package never opened...refused refund...Police getting involved
