Customer service supreme. I got to know this florist by sending flowers to a family relative living in the area. I live many miles away, but the owners were very helpful in helping me get that perfect arrangement. The flowers that were delivered were absolutely beautiful and reasonable.
RecommendedIleen helped me shop via FaceTime for our teacher gifts today! It was awesome and my order was ready for pickup with in the hour. We purchased honey for 6 teachers and 2 beautiful plants. Our teachers mean the world to us and want them to stay healthy. What better way to show some sweetness to them 🐝 cause we ❤️them! Thank you Steele Street Floral staff!

I cannot day enough positive things about the customer service we received from the owner and her staff. Coming from out of state to give our grandma her final memorial was not easy and we were welcomed with open arms. The attention to detail and accommodation that we were shown will forever stay with me. My grandma was a long time resident of Algoma and she always took pride in her hometown...I see where this comes from now and am proud of the community she grew up in. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
Not only are the arrangements GORGEOUS the staff is friendly and the gift shop is one of the nicest in town. Will recommend to anyone looking for that extra special something.
