Finding an honest roofing company use to be an issue, until Steele Roofing! My husband and I decided to go the route of getting new metal roof. We received 3 quotes and let me tell you… Steele roofing beat all the quotes, customer service, and quality! John, Natalie, and their entire team, are absolutely wonderful! They have always gone above and beyond. You guys will always be our go to roofing company!
Steele Roofing is the best! John checked my roof for storm damage. While looking, he noticed a vent that had not been installed properly by another company. He took pictures and I was able to get it fixed since it was under warranty. I will call Steele Roofing from now on for all my roofing needs!
Hail damage!! I called Mr. Steele. He met with the adjuster who my insurance company had sent to inspect my roof, so nothing was missed. That adjuster was an independent contractor who, soon after, transferred my claim to an out-of-state employee of my insurance company. Mr. Steele had no issue with communicating with that fellow two or three times about issues that failed to be funded by their estimate.
