Awesome people to deal with. Great customer service they stand behind the product. The technology in these brushes motors is next level stuff.
UPDATE: I did receive the fans with the pwm conversion done. They function as advertised. I am happy with the work that has been performed. I have updated my review to cover the work that has been done. I sent them (2) 13"fans for conversion on 8/17/23 On 8/30/23 I received (1) 16" fan from them which I have never seen before. The incorrect fan was sent back. The last contact I have had with them was a text message on 9/11/23 stating they were waiting on parts and my fans would ship that week. it has been 28 days with no com... read more
Placed an order with them on 4/13/2023. They promptly charged my credit card and sent a shipping notification but nothing ever came. I reached out via phone and email several times with no response. Finally I got a hold of someone on the phone. He said they were having trouble sourcing parts but they had just received what they needed to complete my order. Still nothing ever shipped and no contact since then. Very frustrating.

Not sure what's going on with them. I do not like to leave a bad review, but I do not want anyone else to get into a problem like this.
SRP did a great job changing out my older spal brushed motors with their SRP brushless motors!! The soft start feature is going to work perfect for my V8 trike!! More powerful and more efficient than my old motors! Great communication throughout the process! If anyone is looking for a fan controller for these, I recommend the Lingenfelter pwm controller, great combo!! Thanks guys!!
