Not sure where to begin. I contacted Steel Family Carpet Cleaners and was called back and given an estimate of $130 for 3 rooms plus stairs. The guy arrived today, the price immediately went up to $330. He said because he noticed pet stains with an ultra violet light, it would create a terrible odor if he cleaned the caperts without using the super special additional $200 worth of chemicals.
