We asked him to clean an older couch and some recliners. I want to start by saying how wonderful Geoffrey was—not only is he a super friendly person, but he also did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. We had a problem with our youngest cat having accidents all over the house before he was fixed, and the smell had started to spread everywhere. I had two rooms of carpet and several pieces of furniture—like a couch, an upholstered chair, an ottoman, and a couple of Eames chairs—that were all really dirty from pets, kids, and daily life. I was very happy with my carpet cleaning experience. In the past, I tried a big carpet cleaning chain, and they just kept trying to sell me extra carpet protection—even though I was moving out and didn’t need it! I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received! From my first phone call, John was so friendly and helpful. I was able to book an appointment quickly, even on a weekend, which really worked for my schedule. On the day of the cleaning, John was extremely polite and great to work with.
